    I was very impressed with the services Ms. Edwards provided me. I was in a position where I didn't know what to do and had had many creditors attaching garnishments. She did exactly what she said she would and very quickly. I was able to start my life over financially. I have recommended her to many friends.

    The worst experience of my life, the staff is rude, except the property manager.. The bookkeeper is terrible with the records. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They talk a good game when you first come into the rental office, that is because they need to fill their empty units. People move in and out all time. I would not recommend Northhampton to my worst enemy. The units are old, not well maintained and full of bugs. The price is way too much, not worth it. Please people stay away from this complex spend your money elsewhere. Please keep up with all your receipts because the bookkeeper will have all your monthly payments wrong, she definitely needs to fired. I will be recommending to the corporate office that she needs to be fired from this position. PEOPLE DON'T MOVE HERE GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself the headache.

    When they were my bank I had no complaints except having to pay for the first set of checks which every other bank I've gotten for free but the manager fixed the fees and took them off also got a $150 bonus for opening my account with DD but that was last summer.
